We have over 80 creative, dedicated and well-trained staff to provide for the health, fitness and recreational needs of corporations, office park developers, hospitals, shopping centers, residential communities, hotels, and government agencies throughout Singapore.

We were appointed by Health Promotion Board as Official Service Provider to deploy Instructors to conduct Mass Workouts in over 500 companies for A.C.T.I.V.E Day 2003 to 2005. We are currently one of Singapore Sports
Council's appointed Service Provider to conduct Basic Exercise Course, Fitness Instructor Certification course, Aerobics Instructor Certification course, NAPFA Tester's course as well as Corporate Fitness Assessments.
